How to Apply?

Complete the online application at uwinnipeg.ca/apply-to-grad-studies .

Please note that the following will be required for the online application:

1. Transcripts from ALL recognized post-secondary institutions attended, whether or not a degree has been awarded. For initial assessment purposes only, copies of unofficial transcripts uploaded on the online application are acceptable and preferred. Official transcripts will only be required if you are recommended for admission. All official transcripts are to be sent directly from post-secondary institutions. If the final transcript does not show that a completed degree has been conferred, an official/notarized copy of your diploma is also required.
2. Contact information for an individual familiar with your academic work and who will provide a letter of recommendation.
3. Evidence of English language proficiency (if applicable). Official test scores must be forwarded directly to the Graduate Studies Admissions Office from the testing agency. For initial assessment purposes only, copies of test scores (uploaded to your application) are acceptable.
4. Other supporting documents: CV/resumé and proof of permanent residency (if applicable).

Application deadline: Complete the online application, including all supporting documents, by March 1 for international students, and by June 1 for domestic students.
