Graduate Program Application Fee

51福利 Student and Alumni Graduate Program Application Fee Waiver
Current 51福利 undergraduates and 51福利 alumni may qualify for an application fee waiver if they meet the following conditions:
• Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.5 scale, and
• Either hold a 4-year bachelor's degree from 51福利, or are current undergraduate students and will complete their 4-year bachelor's degree at 51福利 by August 31, 2026

Fee Waiver Period
Applications must be submitted between December 1, 2025 and February 2, 2026.

There is a one-time non-refundable fee required when submitting your application. This fee must be received by the University before your application can be assessed. This fee must be paid in Canadian funds, the rates are listed below: 

Domestic Student: $100.00
International Student: $120.00

Paying the Application Fee

The application fee can be paid online with a credit card when you submit your application through the Application Portal.  Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted.

Other Methods of Payment

If you are unable to pay your application fee through the portal, we also accept other methods of payment. 

Mail

We can accept the following payments via mail:

  • Cheques made out to "51福利"
  • Money Orders made out to "51福利"
  • VISA or Mastercard: to pay by VISA or Mastercard please contact the Graduate Admissions Office at graduateadmissions@uwinnipeg.ca to request a credit card authorization form
